Chesterbrook Elementary School PTA’s Online Auction is opening soon!  From February 17 to March 10, 2013, our Auction will reach more than 500 school families and staff.  We hope that area businesses will support our school with donations to our fundraiser.  Donations provide excellent exposure for your company in our community.

To participate in our auction, print a Donor Form (Donor forms are also available under the online auction menu of our website: www.chesterbrookpta.org).  Mail your donation and completed Donor Form to Chesterbrook Elementary School, 1753 Kirby Rd., McLean, VA 22101, or email auction@chesterbrookPTA.org to arrange for pick up.

Chesterbrook Elementary School in McLean, VA was recently awarded the 2012 Virginia State Governor’s Award for Educational Excellence, and support from local businesses is vital to our school.  The Online Auction raises funds to support vital curriculum enhancements that would otherwise not be funded, such as Art Appreciation, Multi-Cultural Events, Science Appreciation, Strategies Lab, and Language Arts Workshops.  Proceeds from the auction have helped to build a new floor for our gymnasium, purchase laptop computers, continue our health and nutrition program, and restore our outdoor track.  With continued community support, this year’s Auction proceeds will be used to fund a new sound system for our multipurpose cafeteria, permanent stairs for our stage, various events and field trips for all grades, teacher supplies and training, and more.
