On Sunday, 19 August at approximately 3:30 PM, THEO, our 12lbs diabetic Yorkie Mix escaped from his collar while being walked in the Colonies of Mclean. Based on calls we've been getting we heard he managed to run up Chain Bridge and enter Mclean Hamlet. He was spotted there at around 4:30PM on Sunday but nobody has seen him since. We are not sure where he may be now if he was even able to move afterwards.
Michael and I are terribly worried as THEO is diabetic and at this rate has missed 4 doses of insulin. We are afraid that if he is not found immediately his chances of survival are slim to none.
As of today, Tuesday, 8/21/12, we've put up flyers, called shelters and hospitals but no luck yet. We are trying to do everything in our power to find Theo in time.
Attached is a flyer we created for posting along with a JPEG pictures of THEO.
Can you help us?
Thank you all in advance for all your thoughts and support.
If you have any information please do not hesitate to call either 917.637.0562 or 917.528.4587

I've been out looking for the little guy the last 2 evenings with no success, but I'm sure someone has him and is taking good care of him. Stray dogs in McLean are never ignored.
