Lovida H. Coleman, 63, Oct. 25, 2012, DWI, first offense; not reporting an accident with damage less than $1,000; refusal of a blood or breath test.
Patrick Colin, 30, Oct. 29, 2012, Drunk in public or profane.
Raymond Erin McBride, 19, Nov. 1, 2012, Assault on a family member; drink in public or profane.
Aria Shokouhi Nejad, 55, Oct. 26, 2012, Grand Larceny, in excess of $200.
Daniel James Owens, 36, Oct. 27, 2012, Drunk in public or profane.
Jonathan Rouhafzai, 29, Oct. 27, 2012, DWI, first offense.
Paul D. Smith, 26, Oct. 31, 2012, Distributing or selling for profit Schedule I or Schedule II drugs.
Seonggi So, 48, Oct. 27, 2012, DWI, first offense.
Joseph Claude Suissa, 67, Oct. 31, 2012, Sexual Battery.

This is really REALLY messed up. This information IS public record, yes, but these are just ARRESTS. These people shouldn't be looked upon as evil criminals for public spectacle, the non-violent offenders that is. None of these people have been convicted, just arrested. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. Not to mention you have your facts wrong on at least ONE name on this list, that person is NOT a McLean resident.
