We ate there last night. The confit de canard was lovely, melted right off the bone. The escargot and oysters were terrific and hangar steak tender and tssty. Still ironing things out but thats understandable after only a week. Good wines too.

I agree. Our "deviled" eggs had a wonderful silkiness and was not over done. The steak tartare and hangar steak both expertly prepared. Staff eager and knowledgeable still trying to get into the flow. We will be back!
