Wells Fargo Hiring in McLean

Company Plans to Hire 1,000 by May

Wells Fargo & Company, which owns Wachovia Bank, announced last week that 32 of  1,000 new employes will be hired in McLean.

Wells Fargo announced it would hire 1,000 new employes across the Washington area.  Wells Fargo owns 404 banks  in  the metro area. Four are in McLean.

 The new jobs will include tellers, lead tellers, personal bankers, regional bank private bankers, and store managers.The jobs will be part-time and full-time positions, and are eligible for benefits packages, Wells Fargo said.

 “Since meeting all of our customers’ financial needs—while providing industry-leading service—is our top priority, it’s critical that we are fully staffed with enthusiastic, skilled team members in our banking stores,” said Pete Jones, Wells Fargo regional president for the Mid-Atlantic region.

 The four McLean branches are located at : 6844 Old Dominion Dr., 1311 Dolley Madison Blvd,  1300 Chain Bridge Rd., 1753 Pinnacle Drive in Tysons Corner.
