For the fourth year running, Chain Bridge Cellars offers you the chance to spend an evening with the world’s most famous bean and meat dish, Cassoulet. 

This hearty winter dish originated in Languedoc-Roussillon – now the South of France but for much of the 1200-1400s a region that swung from French to Spanish and back to French control. Today you’ll find distinctive regional takes on Cassoulet all across the South of France, across the Pyranees Mountains, and all the way down to Spain’s Catalonia region.

2941 Chef Bertrand Chemel and Sommelier Jonathan Schuyler have developed a classic Cassoulet feast, and importer Olivier Daubresse has selected wines to heighten the delight.
