The Baking Squad, a group of rising middle school aged girls that bake and donate cookies to help programs at local homeless shelters, are having their first ever bake sale at McLean Hardware on August 4. They've been doing this since December 2011 and have donated hundreds of cookies to date. They will be selling a variety of their delicious homemade cookies; all proceeds will go towards purchasing supplies for this worthy project. Donations will be gratefully appreciated as well. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place for you! We hope to see you on Saturday!
