Anyone is welcome to compete: heptathalon (timed mile run, most push-ups, longest wall sit, longest plank, most squats, most inverted rows, most sit-ups)

Testing taking place at BREAKAWAY Sport with trainer

$50 entrance fee

Must be 21 or older to compete

All participants receive t-shirt

Medals awarded to top competitors (male and female)

Closing ceremony will take place on Aug. 2nd at BREAKAWAY Sport @ 5:30pm w/ Happy Hour for all participants
