Taiji (Tai Chi) is a form of martial art, moving meditation, and low-impact exercise.
Coaches Mickey Lee and Melody Lee emphasize awareness of alignment, balance, and coordination to promote correct posture, stress-reduction, strength, and flexibility in people of all ages and experience levels.
