DESCRIPTION:The evolution and future of&nbsp\;two community landmarks\, n
 ow The Turner Farm Park which includes Observatory Park\, are the theme 
 of a Great Falls Senior Center program on November 13.\nThe program will
  include two presentations. Fairfax County Park Authority's Kirk Holley 
 will recall the history of The Turner Farm Park site. He then will addre
 ss plans for park development which include equestrian and astronomy fac
 ilities and programs. Analemma Society founder Charles H. Olin will tak 
 about Observatory Park and the Society's relationship to the Park and Fa
 irfax County Park Authority. He will discuss efforts to observe and meas
 ure the "complete electromagnetic spectrum"--from pre-telescopic instrum
 ents such as quadrants and sundials\, to opical telescopes and other hig
 h tech instruments--to better understand the universe.\nThe event will b
 e at the Dranesville Church of the Brethren\, 11500 Leesburg Pike\, Hern
 don\, VA. The program will run from 11:00am to 1:30pm.\nEntertainment wi
 ll be more interactive than at earlier events. Guests are invited to "br
 ing their best voices" for karaoke. Lunch will be served\; a small donat
