You won't see Evo Bistro from Old Chain Bridge Road. You have to drive back to the small plaza to reach this restaurant offering a weekday happy hour from 4:30pm to 6:30pm with tapas, wine and drink specials. The "Evo Card" allows guests to serve themselves a one- to five-ounce pour at the wine tasting stations, and wine is also available for purchase to take home. The 95+ wine room can be reserved for private dining.
