DESCRIPTION:Spare clothing required!&nbsp\; These campers will be getting
  down and  dirty with nature.&nbsp\; Nature Science Camp has a long stan
 ding tradition of  providing hands-on experiences for children in nature
 .&nbsp\;&nbsp\;The camp  fosters children&rsquo\;s appreciation for the 
 outdoors and diverse habitats  using our 90 acre campus and local\, stat
 e&nbsp\;and national parks. Much of  the day is spent outside\, but a sc
 ience classroom will provide space for  campers to maintain and observe 
 aquatic and terrestrial animals found  on campus.&nbsp\;\nIn Nature Scie
 nce Adventure&nbsp\;(formerly Level  A) campers will engage in many outd
 oor activities and are introduced to  making observations in nature whic
 h they will record in a nature journal  that they&nbsp\;keep at the conc
 lusion of camp.&nbsp\;A typical day&nbsp\;consists of an  on or off-camp
 us field trip\, followed by activities\, games\, or crafts  relating to 
 a daily theme.&nbsp\;Adventure campers will have one extended  field tri
 p followed by a barbeque.\nIn Nature Science Expedition (formerly Level 
  B) campers will be transformed into natural explorers like Jacques  Cou
 steau\, Bob Ballard\, and Ernest Shackleton who all integrated science  
 into their expeditions.&nbsp\;Expedition curriculum has a greater academ
 ic  focus and two overnights provide opportunities to be completely imme
 rsed  in various habitats.&nbsp\;Campers will narrow their focus to gain
  more depth  into nature content and science skills as they use a variet
 y of  equipment\, collect and record data\, and engage in more targeted 
  experimentation.&nbsp\;Expedition campers need no camping experience as
  they  will be introduced to basic camping skills and the first campout 
 will be  close to home.\nNature Science campers have daily swim lessons\
