 ent findings from her study of a school that shifted to later start time
 s and explain&nbsp\;how early start times harm some students.\nSleep Nig
 ht also will feature a student photo contest with cash awards\, a raffle
  for teachers and students\, and a panel discussion with Dr. Owens\; Dr.
  Helene Emsellem\, author of Snooze or Lose: 10 No War Ways to Improve Y
 our Teens Sleep Habits\; teacher Steve Greenburg\, President of the Fair
 fax County Federation of Teachers (FCFT)\; and an FCPS&nbsp\;high school
  student.&nbsp\;You will be able to ask questions and share your own exp
 eriences with early school start times.Sleep Night is presented by the F
 airfax County Council of PTAs\,&nbsp\;SLEEP (Start Later for Excellence
