History of Alexandria: The Virginia Tech School of Public and International Affairs and the Alexandria Black History Museum are sponsoring a walking tour of important sites associated with attorney Samuel Tucker, a local civil rights leader. The free tour will be offered at 12:30 and 7 p.m. Thursday and end at the history museum.
