Fall Wine Classes at Chain Bridge Cellars, Project ReCork, Discounts at the Alden Theatre and More

Learn the ABCs of Wine: Chain Bridge Cellars in McLean has a number of fall wine classes open. Most classes are up to two hours long, feature up to eight wines and a presentation and snacks. Click here for more information.

Project ReCork: J. Gilbert's Wood-Fired Steaks and Seafood has partnered with Project ReCork in an effort to cut down on waste. Bring in your old natural corks, and they'll take care of them.

Discounts at the Alden Theatre: Buy a ticket a month or more in advance and get $5 off select performances at the Alden Theatre. McLean Community Center Tax District residents can call 703-790-0123 to get a code for $5 off the resident price. More info here.

Bourbon, Bacon & Blues: O'Sullivan's Irish Pub in Clarendon is hosting a night of music, whiskey and food with musician Duffy Kane going on at 8 p.m. The bar will have bite-sized bacon snacks available and will select a featured bourbon for the night.
