Volunteer for McLean Project for the Arts 7th Annual Artfest October 6, 2013

McLean Project for the Arts is looking for volunteers for its 7th annual MPAartfest in McLean Central Park, Sunday, October 6. MPAartfest is a free and fun outdoor art festival that transforms McLean Central Park into a lively landscape of mini-art galleries that showcase (and sell) the works of 50 juried artists from the Mid-Atlantic region and offers visitors a variety or creative art-focused activities to enjoy, live entertainment, and so much more!

Volunteers are needed to help with pre-event promotional and set up activities, and, on the day of the event, help with loading artist works in and out tents, volunteer check-ins, greeting and counting visitors, set up and breakdown of sound equipment, directing parking, creative activities and community art projects for visitors, serving as artist liaisons to assist artists with miscellaneous activities, etc.
