Old Firehouse Teen Center 21st Anniversary Block Party
Where/When: Old Firehouse, 1440 Chain Bridge Road, McLean; Saturday, Oct. 22, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

Why Go: The annual block party at the Old Firehouse is a great day for families with all ages of children, with lots of live entertainment, amusements, food concessions, and the first ever “McLean Teens Got Talent” show.

Why Go: Give your child’s Halloween costume extra playing time this year. Herndon’s spooky celebration includes ghoulish games, creepy cuisine, costume parade, treat bag, and magic show.
Pricing: $8 per child in advance, $11 per child on day of event

Why Go: Using the paintings in the MPA’s new exhibition for inspiration, you and your kid(s) will use silver, black, white, gray and gold paint and collage elements to create your own fantasy landscape.
