He has an infectious smile and enthusiasm for life. His interests have always revolved around athletics, so his work as a personal trainer was an easy and natural fit. His training studio constantly rings with laughter as he drills clients of all ages through fast paced sets of excercises.

What brought you to McLean?
One of my first jobs out of college was as a personal trainer in Tysons Corners. I got to know the McLean area and decided this is where I wanted to raise my family.

What is your favorite place to eat, shop or hang out in McLean?
I love Sweet leaf. If you're looking for healthy sutff Sweet Leaf is a great place. I also love Miyagi.
What do you spend your days working on?
In general I spend my days working on the business of excercise. Most of my time is spent on the gym floor putting together excercise routines for my clients. If I'm not on my feet, then I'm on the treadmill, telephone or computer.
A part of my day is taking care of scheduling appointments and business related chores. I also work out myself every day.
What fellow McLeanian has inspired you?
I don't think I can pinpoint any one person in McLean that has inspired me. I think all of my clients past and present have inspired me.
I am grateful for the people I get to work with. I am at work a lot with my clients, who are mostly other McLeanians, and they become friends, really more like family. They really do. I have genuinely liked every person that I've worked and dealt with in McLean.
If the people of Mclean were not that much fun to work with then I would not have been inspired to live and work here. This is such a great place to live and work. I feel so fortunate for having the opportunity to be a part of this community.
What is the greatest life lesson you would like to share with they young people, neighbors and friends in McLean?
Try to live your life with honesty and integrity. If you run your life treating people the way you want to be treated it will come back to you.
