Ready to do some spring cleaning? Tired of looking at cluttered closets and too much "stuff"?
There's a solution: The McLean Spring Community Garage Sale and Recycling Event is set for next Saturday, April 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 pm. at 1420 Beverly Road, at the intersection of Beverly Road and Ingleside Avenue (behind the Giant Shopping Center). You can either hold your own sale at this event or stop by and do some bargain shopping.
There will be gently used items of all kinds at reasonable prices, free document shredding and free electronics recycling that includes computers and televisions.
If you have a lot to get rid of, vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first served basis. (Commercial vendors and/or "professional" flea market vendors are NOT permitted to sell at this event.) The cost for vendor space is $40 per space.
