Monday: Celebrate Veterans Day with the American Legion in McLean
Memorial ceremony, open house planned for Veterans Day 2013.
American Legion Post 270 will celebrate Veterans Day with a memorial ceremony and open house on Monday.
The post will remember veterans and dedicate a memorial to those who have died in the ongoing war on terror at 11 a.m. Monday at McLean High School's Memorial Garden. Local officials are slated to attend.
An open house at American Legion Post 270, 1355 Balls Hill Road, will follow the ceremony.
