National Weather Service: Freeze Watch Is in Effect for Fairfax County

A freeze watch is in effect from late Thursday night into Friday morning.

Get your coats handy and bring in your plants. The National Weather Service on Thursday morning issued a freeze watch for Fairfax County, mainly for areas west of Interstate 95.

The watch will be in effect from late Thursday night through Friday morning. Forecasters predict temperatures in the lower 30s.
