UPDATE: Power Restored to All McLean Residents

UPDATE Friday morning: Power has been restored to all McLean resident, according to the Dominion Power outage map.

Nearly 100 residents were without power last night in the area of The Reserve.

ORIGINAL STORY 9:30 p.m. Thursday: Dominion Power is reporting that nearly 100 McLean residents are without power this evening because of an equipment fire.

The effected residents live in an area between the Beltway and Swinks Mill Road and Georgetown Pike and Old Dominion.

Dominion Power is estimating that power should be restored about 1 am. Thursday morning.

Dominion also reports that 200 customers in Fairfax County are without power at this hour.
