Route 123 Southbound Closes Overnight

Westpark Bridge Closure -The full closure of Westpark Bridge, which connects Westpark Drive to Tysons Corner Center over Route 123, started Wednesday, Feb. 2, and continue through Friday, Feb. 4, from 10 pm. to 5:30 am. for Dulles Corridor Metrorail construction.

Traffic on Westpark Drive will be detoured by staying on Westpark, to turn left on to International Drive, then left on Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) to enter Tysons Corner Center on the right. An alternate route would be to use Tysons Boulevard, which also allows drivers to turn left on International Drive to Chain Bridge Road.

Bridge construction crews using the massive blue-and-yellow truss are lifting segments into place over the road.

All dates are weather permitting and subject to change. Drivers should expect Westpark Bridge to be closed some overnights through the next few weeks until the bridge work is completed.
 
Southbound Route 123 Closes Overnight for Truss Work at Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) and Route 123 Interchange- All lanes of southbound Dolley Madison Boulevard (Route 123) will be closed at the Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) nightly from midnight to 5 a.m. starting tonight Wednesday, Feb. 2 through Friday, Feb. 4, because of overhead Dulles Corridor Metrorail construction.
 
Traffic traveling south from McLean will be detoured by turning left on to Great Falls Street, right on [Old] Chain Bridge Road, right on Anderson Road, then left to rejoin southbound Dolley Madison Boulevard (Route 123).
