Cancelled Tonight:Three Beltway Lanes Closing Overnight; Route 123 Lane Closings

Update: Cancelled, the overnight closing of the three right lanes of northbound I-495 (the Beltway)  at Route 123.

These lane closings will  resume Wednesday  and continue through Friday  as the construction of the new subway tracks goes up and over the Beltway.
 
Expect frequent, overnight closures from 11pm-5am in this area  as construction of the bridge over the Beltway continues. Drivers should expect significant delays each night.

Overnight I-66 West Closures Continue at Dulles Connector Road (Route 267)

Interstate 66 westbound is scheduled to close overnight between the Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) split and Leesburg Pike (Route 7)  around the West Falls Church metro station Tuesday-Saturday from 11pm-5am.

Exit Ramp from Eastbound Dulles Toll Road to Eastbound Route 7 to Close Two Nights

On Thursday and Friday,  from 9:30pm-5am,  the exit ramp from the eastbound Dulles Toll Road (Route 267) to eastbound Leesburg Pike (Route 7) will be closed because Dulles Corridor Metrorail construction.
 
Westpark Bridge Closures Nearly Complete

The bridge which goes over Route 123  connecting  Westpark Drive to Tysons Corner Center, are almost complete. However, the bridge may be closed between 11pm-5am from Feb. 25- March 5.

Other Traffic Challenges

Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) west at I-495:

Each night, Monday-Thursday,  starting at  9:30 p.m. one lane will close on the Dulles Connector Road west at I-495, progressing to a full Dulles Connector Road westbound closure after 11 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. This closure allows crews to install steel bridge beams.

Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) south at I-495:

  Each night, Monday -Friday, starting at 9:30pm,  one lane will close on Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) south, progressing to a full roadway closure after 10pm. This closure allows crews to install steel bridge beams.
