Want to do some holiday shopping and benefit

a worthy cause at the same time?

What a great way to visit and shop with friends, neighbors, and relatives in a fun-filled environment.  School and sports clubs set up tables, as well as many local craft businesses in support of the Boosters, which in turn helps to provide funding to the student athletic programs at MHS.  Save the date, plan to shop and have lunch with us!

This is my third year as a vendor at the McLean High school Holiday Bazaar and it is a fun filled event. Please visit my Booth ( A4 and 5) at the Bazaar and indulge in some handpainted glass gifts for dining and entertaining, whcih are food safe and washable. Choose from colorful bowls, chip and dip sets, platters, votives, vases and wine glasses. I do custom work too. I also sell Artisan crafted silver jewelry from India and Thailand. Check out some of my glass designs on my Facebook page....... Sovereign Treasures. See you there.

MaryAnn Chung/Buttonville This is my third year as a participating artisan at McLean HS. I really appreciate all the work and thought that has gone into planning this event...making it bigger and better each year! Come and visit me in the cafeteria, at Buttonville where you will see how I make "everything old seem new again!" I am a juried member of the Northern Virginia Handcrafters Guild and I will be showcasing my specialty items ...individual salt cellars with lids handcrafted using buttons and jewelry... as well as buttoned Christmas trees and other decorations. You will not want to miss the boxes, featuring open salts and buttons from the 1800's. This is a new craft and Buttonville is quickly becoming a favorite stop with its offering of collectible items with a history!

Carol Sontheimer/ Fusin' 4 Fun This is my second year as a participating artisan at McLean HS. Each year gets better. Those planning the event are doing an outstanding job of publicity and planning. Be sure to visit me in space A20 - just inside the CAFETERIA doors on the left. Fused glass holiday tree ornaments are beaded in the colors for Fairfax County high schools, colleges and the service academies. You will find slumped and beaded wine bottles that make perfect gifts all year round. Check out my new scroll bottle - a real beauty and so different. The ornaments and bottles come in gift boxes or bags ready for giving. You will find one-of-a kind fused plates that I designed and hand made. A gift for everyone in various price ranges. If you are looking for something really unusual check out my Red Hat Ladies and Wild Women wall art. See you on Saturday for a fun day of shopping.
