The Ravishing Hour: Treasures of the French Choral Tradition

Join us as we celebrate small masterpieces of the French choral tradition. We will perform well-known and rarely heard gems of the impressionist and modern repertoire, including Lili Boulanger’s Soir sur la plaine and excerpts from Maurice Duruflé’s Quatre motets sur des
thèmes grégoriens. The program will also feature art songs by Boulanger and Claude Debussy as well as appearances by guest artist Paul Skevington, who will accompany the Chorale in dramatic works for organ and chorus.
