Ventures into Volunteering Fair

Baby boomers, retirees and older adults are invited to consider a wide range of local volunteer opportunities at Fairfax ’s Venture into Volunteering Fair. Representatives from local non-profits and Fairfax County will be on hand to discuss volunteer opportunities that include helping kids with homework, teaching English to adults, delivering Meals on Wheels, and serving as court volunteers. Sponsoring agencies include the Department of Family Services' Fairfax Area Agency on Aging, Volunteer Fairfax, Retired Senior Volunteer Program and Fairfax Court Appointed Special Advocates.
