Jack Bauer Back in '24: Live Another Day,' Next Month
Get ready for DC to play a role in another TV show, with President Heller at the White House. Limited series debuts Monday, May 5 with two-hour episode.
For fans of cult series "24" — and there are likely quite a few in the DC area — the premiere of "24: Live Another Day" debuts Monday, May 5 on FOX with a two-hour program.
Be on the lookout for DC to play a role this time with William Devane as "President Heller" in the White House.
The popular series ended four years ago after season eight. When the show begins on May 5, it will be four years later and ex-CTU agent Jack Bauer played by Kiefer Sutherland, a fugitive, surfaces in London. He gets help from Chloe O'Brian, played by Mary Lynn Rajskub.
Other familiar faces to fans of the original show will be James Heller, played by Devane and Audrey Raines played by Kim Raver. Heller is now president and Audrey is married to Mark Boudreau, her dad's chief of staff, played by Tate Donovan.
Twelve episodes will air from May through July in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, South Africa and Australia.
