Chef Jacques Haeringer and L’Auberge Chez Francois Host Alsatian Wine Dinner
Chef Jacques Haeringer is pleased to present a special wine tasting dinner. Owner and wine maker Catherine Fallar, of Domain Weinbach, one of the top wineries in Alsace, will be presenting new wines and answering questions. Chef Haeringer’s menu, paired with wine, will include: Smoked Salmon Napoléon; Filet of Sole with Shitake Mushrooms; Peppered Medallions of Tuna; Frozen Strawberry Soufflé
Chef Jacques will provide written recipes of all recipes served so home cooks can try these in their own kitchen.
