Lilly Pulitzer, the brand famous for its preppy colorful cotton shift dresses, is accepting applications for management positions at a new store scheduled to open in .
The company's website indicates the retail store will open in December.
The brand was founded in Palm Beach, Fla. in 1959 and shot to fame when Pulitzer's friend (and former McLean homeowner) Jackie Kennedy wore one of the shift dresses on the cover of Time magazine, according to the company's website.
The in McLean, a Lilly Pulitzer signature store, is also searching for an assistant store manager.
