Paladar Latin Kitchen Coming to Tysons in 2014

The Central and South American restaurant and bar will open next to Nordstrom Rack.

Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, a Latin-American restaurant specializing in Central and South-American cuisine, is coming to Tysons in 2014.

Washington Business Journal reports that the chain, based out of Cleveland, is planning to open its doors sometime next year. The restaurant’s website lists the Tysons location’s opening date as 2014.

Paladar will be located at 1934 Old Gallows Road, next to Nordstrom Rack.

Diners can expect a variety of fare inspired by Central and South America, Cuba and the Caribbean. Paladar will have lunch, dinner, brunch and happy hour menus, as well as a kids menu.

Tysons workers looking for a happy hour are also in luck – Paladar has an extensive list of cocktails, including a wide variety of rum.

The restaurant has an active liquor license application as of March 26, according to WBJ.

Paladar is also opening locations in Gaithersburg and Bethesda, Md.
