The McLean VA office of College Nannies and Tutors (collegenanniesandtutors.com) is looking for a Nanny Placement Coordinator to work with our client families and to Build Stronger Families® by identifying their childcare needs, and recruits and manages nannies to meet those needs. In this position you will meet with families, fulfill short and long term orders for existing clients, plan and participate in recruitment and marketing events, interview and screen nannies, and manage work orders and scheduling.
We are looking for a motivated, can-do employee, with strong communications and team-building skills, and computer competence. Recent college graduates are welcome, but a basic understanding of marketing, business finance and operations and/or human resource issues is essential. Experience in a child- or family-related business or education setting is a big plus. We will consider candidates for full time employment or part time at 25 hours a week or more.
