‘Wow’ $32 Million Estate Proposed for McLean

Chateau La Vie could be constructed in 2014 if the right buyer comes along.

Harrison Design Associates and Noble Building and Design are trying to sell McLean residents (and anyone who wants to move here) on a property concept that will cost $32 million.

7201 Dulaney Drive in McLean, if built, would be a 28,000-square foot estate with eight bedrooms, nine full and three half-bathrooms, a 10-car garage and “unparalleled luxury,” according to the listing.

A pool, fountain, patio, media room, library, sauna, tennis courts and interior marble and detailed woodwork throughout are included.
