Are you starting to notice changes in mom and dad and are worried for their health and safety? According to the Alzheimer’s Association, at 65, one in eight adults has Alzheimer's — and that is only one form of dementia. By 85, the figure jumps to one in two. You have noticed mom has been repeating some stories or dad seems more forgetful. How can you help your parent(s) navigate the coming changes and maintain their quality of life for the coming years? Kay Bransford who is still helping her parents navigate these waters will share what she learned as her parents dementia progressed and what resources are available to help make this a successful transition.
