Vinyasa is a popular, physically-active style of yoga in which you flow from one pose to another with your breath. You’ll learn Vinyasa Yoga from the ground up—focusing on safe alignment of basic postures and pranayamas (breathing practices,) then flowing in those postures. Current practitioners have the opportunity to fine-tune their Vinyasa practice.
We’ll take the time to settle into poses, stretch, breathe deeply & build energy. New postures will be introduced each week, so you can keep taking your practice to the next level. You’ll gain strength, endurance, balance, flexibility & keen self-awareness. You’ll enjoy a safe, nurturing practice...while still experiencing the energizing benefits of Vinyasa.
