Sri Lankan Dinner and Cooking Demo

This event will feature a cooking demo with cookbook author and gastronaut Skiz Fernando (who also appeared in the Sri Lanka episode of No Reservations); a multi-course Sri Lankan meal prepared by the Stratford University Culinary Department and Skiz; Sri Lankan beer, international and domestic wines, as well as non-alcoholic options.

Money raised during the event will go towards helping a primary school in Bentota, Sri Lanka.
