McLean AAUW Spring Dinner

The McLean Branch of the American Association of University Women will hold its annual Spring dinner starting at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 15. Our guest speaker will be Johnnetta Cole, Director of the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art. Her presentation will be African Art: Why is it Important to American Art and Culture.   Ms. Cole was named Ebony Magazine's Most Influential 100 in 2010 and Washingtonian Magazine's 100 Most Powerful Women in 2011.The dinner will be held at Assaggi Osteria, 6641 Old Dominion Drive, McLean, VA at a cost of $38.50. All are welcome. For information and reservations call (703) 356-0529 or visit www.mcleanaauw.org
