Hello Patch!

A quick introduction. 

In my past life, I was founder and owner of the Award-winning Design/Build company Sagatov Associates. Now I’m a Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty, Arlington. Why become a Realtor®, you ask? Well, after spending the past quarter-century buying properties and developing them for clients or selling them on the market, I’ve learned a thing or two that they don’t teach you in school. I know real estate and construction, and want to share my expertise helping folks buy and sell properties.

I also have a passion for building new homes or renovating old. My building company, Sagatov Associates, is a leader in modern, practical green, environmentally friendly design and construction.

Finally, I am a northern Virginia native, elementary through high school in Fairfax County, just south of the City of Alexandria. I have watched the region develop.  My interest in community planning and modern architecture developed in my teens: friends lived in Hollin Hills, the Charles M. Goodman mid-century modern community; I visited and explored Reston when it was a dream: empty roads, Lake Anne and the first start of development; as well as have visited almost every local historic and modern buildings.
