Police Investigate Death of 16-Year-Old Girl

BURGLARY, 2200 block of Casemont Drive, 8/24/13, 6:25 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the home. It is not clear what was stolen. Forced entry was made through a rear door.

BURGLARY, 1700 block of Gosnell Road, 8/25/13, 2:55 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the home and stole a laptop computer. There were no signs of forced entry.

BURGLARY, 7300 block of Gordons Road, 8/25/13, 10:30 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the home and stole jewelry. There were no signs of forced entry.

ASSAULT, 3100 block of Allen Street, Falls Church, 8/29/13, 1:25 a.m. A 45-year-old man was stabbed in the upper body by two men while walking. The suspects approached from behind, assaulted the victim and fled. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The suspects were described as 25- to 30-years-old.
