Hundreds of cars are making U-turns just west of Swinks Mill. Most are turning onto Swinks Mill South turning this narrow two-lane road into a parking lot from Georgetown Pike past Old Dominion to Lewinsville Road.

Georgetown Pike which runs from Route 123 North to Route 7 nearly into Loudoun County handles thousands of cars daily and is a major commuter route in Fairfax County.
Dominion Power crews worked to erect a pole that had been sheared off and reconnect the wires.
