McLean Crime: Assault, Motorcycle Stolen and Other Incidents

The following incidents were included in recent daily police reports from the Fairfax County Police Department’s McLean District Station. (See a map of the district here.)

Addresses listed indicate block numbers, not necessarily a specific address. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate a conviction.

ASSAULT, 2700 block of Cedar Lane, 10:45 p.m. April 13, Officers were called for an unknown situation. While investigating, a Vienna man was placed under arrest for being drunk in public. He allegedly resisted. Officers learned he inappropriately grabbed a 25-year-old woman in the home. The man was charged with drunk in public, assault, resisting arrest and sexual battery.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2800 block of Great Oak Court, 7:45 p.m. April 11, A resident reported someone entered the home but nothing was stolen. Entry was made through an unsecured door.

TRESPASSING, 1600 block of Davidson Road, 11:30 p.m. April 11, Officers responded for an alarm and found an open door. Upon searching the building, two people were found inside. Bo Kim, 18, of McLean, and Sung Kim, 18, of McLean, were each charged with trespassing. There was no damage to the building.
