Police Release Results of Sobriety Checkpoint in McLean Police District

In all 749 vehicles went through the checkpoint.

Last Saturday, Fairfax County Police set up a sobriety checkpoint in the McLean Police District.

Here are the results of the checkpoint, which was conducted starting Saturday at 11 p.m. to Sunday, at 2:15 a.m., at Leesburg Pike and Dominion Drive.

In all, 749 vehicles were screened, resulting in:

  • 1 DWI
  • 4 license violations
  • 1 Driving on a suspended license violation
  • 1 Narcotic Case
  • 1 Reckless driving violation
