Tell Fairfax School Officials Exactly What You Want

School officials create blog for taxpayer comments.

Fairfax County Public School officials want you to tell them your thoughts on major projects involving school construction, maintenance, enrollment and projects.

The school Facilities Planning Advisory Council (FPAC) is hosting an interactive blog and invites all county residents to join the online discussion about long-term goals for FCPS facilities. Residents can post their comments on the blog until the end of June.

The FPAC is a citizens committee created to draft a strategic facilities plan including 25 proposed goals for the school system. The group looks at challenges for the system as demands on services and construction and other needs have to be met.
