The seller is Paul Shiffman, a director at Chain Bridge Bank, according to Curbed DC and Fairfax County real estate records.

Shiffman is an experienced litigator and an adjunct professor at American University's Washington College of Law, according to a short bio on the bank's website.

Shiffman has volunteered with McLean Little League for about 40 years, serving as coach, manager, president and board member, the bio states.
