"I saw Jamey perform in Old Town Alexandria and was BLOWN AWAY by the beauty of the sound," Ruth Donahue, the director of Spring Hill's school orchestra, told Patch in an email.

"It’s other-worldly," she said. "Jamey will play all types of music, from classical to rock.  This assembly will thrill the kids and inspire them to make their own 'glass harmonicas' with glasses of water at home. Benjamin Franklin invented the concept, by the way."
