Ilryong Moon Elected Chair of Fairfax County School Board Again

The Fairfax County School Board elected member Ilryong Moon (at-large) Thursday to serve as its chairman for a second consecutive year.

Fellow School Board member Tammy Kaufax (Lee District) was elected vice chairman Thursday as well. Both Moon and Kaufax will serve one-year terms.

This will be Moon’s third time holding the position – he was elected chairman once in 2006 and again in 2012.
