The school system is holding a meeting Aug. 21 in the school cafeteria to discuss the issue.

Kent Gardens Principal Robyn Hooker announced her retirement Thursday, noting that her last day at the McLean elementary school would be Friday, Aug. 16.

Our young people will be prepared to compete and contribute as citizens of the 21st century and beyond.”
