Where Do You Shop Small?

Saturday, Nov. 30, is Small Business Saturday. For many of us, every day is Small Business Saturday because we head out to our favorite shops for everything from birthday gifts, hardware, books, plants, clothing, pet supplies and more.
Do you shop local and small? Shopping small means buying gifts from local stores or purchasing handmade items.

The reasons many folks shop small include:
- It gives them a connection with McLean.
- They want the mom-and-pop stores in their town to prosper and grow.
- They like to honor and acknowledge the hard work and creativity of local artists and entrepreneurs.
