Free Tai Chi Classes Offered by Sun & Moon Taiji One

Sun & Moon Taiji One School is offering free Tai Chi classes at its Open House May 5 and May 7. Free classes open to the public will meet Saturday, May 5th 8:00 a.m. and Monday, May 7th 8:15 p.m. Space is limited. Contact SunAndMoonTaijiOne@gmail.com or call 301-512-5071 to reserve your place.

ABOUT SUN & MOON TAIJI ONE
Sun & Moon Taiji One has expanded its school to the Falls Church City area with a branch at Jhoon Rhee Tae Kwon Do (Falls Plaza Shopping Center). Tai Chi (also spelled Taiji) is a low-impact martial art which promotes stress-reduction, strength, balance and flexibility in adults of all ages. Coaches Mickey Lee and Melody Lee are accomplished competitors and passionate instructors.
