The New Year is a great time to kick-start your weight loss program by learning to recognize and eliminate the real cause of weight gain... stress overeating.

Healthy Weight!TM
Workshop teaches you a simple, yet easy to follow system that eliminates the need for calorie counting, special diets, extreme Boot Camp workouts and unhealthy supplements. It is designed to compliment your existing yoga practice if you have one.

In this 3 hour workshop, you'll be encouraged to re-think your old weight loss strategies and substitute new more effective ones. The first hour is dedicated to incorporating healthier eating habits. In the second hour we'll create a safe and effective exercise program designed to rev-up your metabolism. In the final hour you'll learn how to get faster results by reducing stress and working with your body.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. The class is done barefoot; but if you have any foot injuries, you may wear sneakers or Jazz shoes. Bring plenty of water!
